The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be legally exercised if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, and complete in their original packaging. The buyer bears the costs of returns and must return the goods at their own risk to the sender's address provided by Flatterer.ch. Returns must be agreed upon in advance with Flatterer.ch ( info@flatterer.ch ). Upon receipt of the returned goods in the described condition, Flatterer.ch will refund the value of the goods within 10 business days.
