General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed through the Flatterer.ch online shop. Flatterer.ch reserves the right to amend these GTC. The version valid at the time of the order shall prevail; these cannot be unilaterally amended for that order.

Offer

This offer is aimed at natural customers residing in Switzerland. Deliveries are only possible to addresses in Switzerland.

The offers in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but are merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods.

Price and product range changes are subject to change at any time. The images shown in the online shop and all product information are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding.

Price

Prices are in Swiss francs. The price in the online shop at the time of ordering applies.

Order

By ordering the desired goods, the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the "customer") submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The order is considered an offer to Flatterer.ch to conclude a contract. After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt confirming that the order has been received by Flatterer.ch.

Flatter.ch reserves the right to reject orders in whole or in part without stating reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed, and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

Delivery

Flatterer.ch products are custom-made to order. Delivery typically takes 2-14 days. The delivery address must be in Switzerland.

Payment options

Payments are made in Swiss francs. Only the payment methods available in the online shop are accepted. The amount is debited immediately. Purchase on account is not possible.

Conclusion of contract

The contract is only concluded once the order has been processed. As soon as the goods are ready for shipment, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.

Right of withdrawal/right of return

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be legally exercised if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, and complete in their original packaging. The buyer bears the return shipping costs and must return the goods at their own risk to the Flatterer.ch sender address. Returns must be agreed upon in advance with Flatterer.ch ( info@flatterer.ch ). Upon receipt of the returned goods in the described condition, Flatterer.ch will refund the value of the goods within 10 business days.

Delivery defects

Customers must immediately check the delivered items for accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Complaints regarding delivery details, material defects, or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing to info@flatterer.ch within 5 business days of receipt of the goods.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rules of Switzerland apply

Limitation of liability

Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, breach of contract, negligence upon conclusion of the contract, and tort are excluded. We disclaim all liability for consequential damages arising from the use of our products, and flatterer.ch assumes no liability or warranty for damages of any kind.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Business be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
